SynthGear has moved

Submitted by on July 10, 2010 – 3:55 pm No Comment

Maybe you noticed something. Or maybe you didn’t. Well, we just moved the entire SynthGear blog over to a brand new server.

Our old home was network solutions, and amid the performance problems, frequent downtime, awful support and database problems, I figured enough was enough. We’re now at home on our own server. It took a bit of time, and you may have noticed a slowdown in posts lately because of it.

Already, things are a bit more zippy, the site is coming up faster, and Google seems to be liking the site more already. It hasn’t been without it’s hiccups, and I’m hoping that you’ll bear with me as I get everything thing sorted out. If you see anything weird happen, please let me know, as I may not already be aware of it.

Thanks for all your support – I’m constantly amazed at how many other people like the same weird stuff that I dig.

Happy synthesizing!
