Nintendo Jazz
I love old Nintendo 8 bit games, and I love some of the music in these games. Well, Scott Bradlee and Ben Golder-Novick teamed up to bring you classic video game music recreated on a Nord Stage and saxophone, in a full-on jazz feel.
Scott and Ben create real-time acoustic soundtracks to old school games such as Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Mike Tyson’s Punch-out, and a whole bunch more.
Some of this stuff is just perfect. Enjoy:

It’s like backwards Kind of Bloop!
Entertaining. It is like down memory lane.
Ridiculously fun!
I need that Mega Man 2 song you guys did on aquamans stage!
I need to delete me last post because it’s bubbleman! doh.
Shame the transcriptions aren’t more accurate. Cool gag, though!
I once downloaded a Japanese cd from the Super Mario Orchestra who played jazz covers of Super Mario games and also Legend of Zelda medleys, can’t find it anywhere on the web now. This is great btw.
